My go to for full body post-shower is Cetaphil moisturizing cream for dry skin (HIGHLY recommend), and the splurge kept in handbags is Le Labo hand pomade (worth it for the scent alone). Rubbing in Aquaphor (face, hands, feet) before bed is moisturizing magic.
